- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other services offered by The UPS Store
- Operate computerized shipping and point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
