Are you a creative and dynamic communicator with a passion for marketing, social media, and community engagement? The Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau is looking for a Communications Director to lead our marketing efforts and help us promote member events, programs, and community initiatives in exciting ways!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to promote events & engage our audience
✅ Develop marketing materials & sales aids to recruit & retain members
✅ Oversee a monthly publication & assist with the annual Huron Community Guide
✅ Work closely with Chamber staff to execute impactful marketing campaigns
✅ Create weekly & monthly communications to keep members & the community informed
✅ Represent the Chamber at events (some evenings & weekends required)
✅ Assist with administrative tasks & event coordination
What We’re Looking For:
💡 A strong communicator with excellent writing & interpersonal skills
📢 A marketing-savvy individual who loves social media & digital tools
🎯 A detail-oriented, organized professional who can juggle multiple projects
🖥️ Someone with experience in Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact & more
💪 A self-starter who can work independently & as part of a team
💼 This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the President/CEO.
